Personal Information Changes
Students are required to inform the Student Affairs Department in writing about any changes to their personal details, including address, marital status, employment, or any other personal information. All financial records are based on the personal details registered with the Student Affairs Department.
National Insurance
According to national insurance regulations, every citizen (student) over the age of 18 must pay National Insurance contributions.

Employed students: National and health insurance fees are deducted monthly by the employer through the payslip (תלוש משכורת).

Unemployed students: They are responsible for paying the insurance directly to the National Insurance Institute (at a reduced student rate).
Registration Fees
Anyone wishing to enroll must attach a postal receipt for the registration fee (non-refundable) to their application, according to the list below. Applications will only be processed after payment is received:

Engineering programs: 300 NIS

Vocational training programs: 200 NIS

Alternative medicine: 400 NIS

Dental assistants: 400 NIS

Dental technicians: 400 NIS
The final date for submitting applications will be announced by the college via media channels.

The college actively seeks funding sources to help students obtain financial support and recognizes outstanding students with merit-based awards. Available aid includes:
Tuition Discounts

Cash Payment Discount:

650 NIS for engineering students

750 NIS for alternative medicine students

700 NIS for dental assistant students

Family Employment Discount:
A student receives a 35% tuition discount if their direct provider (parent or spouse) works in the college in a permanent position, calculated according to their employment percentage. For unmarried students, the provider can be a parent; for married female students, the spouse only. Special cases may be considered upon request to the college administration.

Family Member Discount:
Siblings or spouses living in the same household and studying at the college in the same academic year are eligible for a 10% discount each. A request must be submitted using the designated form at the end of the guide, including copies of ID with the household attachment (Deadline: 30/12/2022).
