Suspension/Withdrawal from Studies and Refund Policy for Engineering, Alternative Medicine, and Dental Assistant Programs

Time of Study Suspension/Cancellation – Reason – Deduction Percentage from Tuition Fee:

  • Three weeks before the start of the program – For any reason – No tuition will be charged (full refund).

  • Two weeks before the start of the program – For any reason – 50% of the seat reservation fee will be charged.

  • From the start of the program up to two weeks – For any reason – 100% of the seat reservation fee will be charged.

  • Two weeks to one month from the start of the program – For any reason – 29% of the tuition fee will be charged.

  • From two months to three months from the start – For any reason – 43% of the tuition fee will be charged.

  • From the third month to the end of the first semester – For any reason – 57% of the tuition fee will be charged.

  • Up to one month from the start of the second semester – For any reason – 72% of the tuition fee will be charged.

  • More than one month into the second semester until the end of the academic year – For any reason – 100% of the tuition fee will be charged.



Suspension/Withdrawal from Studies for Vocational and Financial Qualification Courses

Time of Study Suspension/Cancellation – Reason – Deduction Percentage from Tuition Fee:

  • From the registration date until the start of the program at the college – For any reason – No tuition will be charged (full refund).

  • From the start of the program up to 30 days – For any reason – 10% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

  • From 30 to 60 days from the start – For any reason – 15% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

  • From 60 to 90 days from the start – For any reason – 30% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

  • From 90 to 120 days from the start – For any reason – 50% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

  • From 120 to 150 days from the start – For any reason – 75% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

  • After 150 days from the start – For any reason – 100% of the tuition fee and additional payments will be charged.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of request approval.


Personal Information Changes
Students are required to inform the Student Affairs Department in writing about any changes to their personal details, including address, marital status, employment, or any other personal information. All financial records are based on the personal details registered with the Student Affairs Department.

National Insurance
According to national insurance regulations, every citizen (student) over the age of 18 must pay National Insurance contributions.

  • Employed students: National and health insurance fees are deducted monthly by the employer through the payslip (תלוש משכורת).

  • Unemployed students: They are responsible for paying the insurance directly to the National Insurance Institute (at a reduced student rate).

Registration Fees
Anyone wishing to enroll must attach a postal receipt for the registration fee (non-refundable) to their application, according to the list below. Applications will only be processed after payment is received:

  • Engineering programs: 300 NIS

  • Vocational training programs: 200 NIS

  • Alternative medicine: 400 NIS

  • Dental assistants: 400 NIS

  • Dental technicians: 400 NIS

The final date for submitting applications will be announced by the college via media channels.

The college offers various student services for a symbolic fee, including:

  • Official certificates

  • Student Affairs services

  • IT support services

  • Educational center services

  • Graduation ceremony fees, and more

Study Suspension/Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Grants and Financial Aid
The college actively seeks funding sources to help students obtain financial support and recognizes outstanding students with merit-based awards. Available aid includes:

  • Merit Scholarships: Awarded annually to top-performing students based on academic averages.

  • Annual Scholarships: Distributed by the Head of the College’s Scholarship Committee.

Tuition Discounts

  • Cash Payment Discount:

    • 650 NIS for engineering students

    • 750 NIS for alternative medicine students

    • 700 NIS for dental assistant students

  • Family Employment Discount:
    A student receives a 35% tuition discount if their direct provider (parent or spouse) works in the college in a permanent position, calculated according to their employment percentage. For unmarried students, the provider can be a parent; for married female students, the spouse only. Special cases may be considered upon request to the college administration.

  • Family Member Discount:
    Siblings or spouses living in the same household and studying at the college in the same academic year are eligible for a 10% discount each. A request must be submitted using the designated form at the end of the guide, including copies of ID with the household attachment (Deadline: 30/12/2022).
