Vehicle Licensing Examiner


This track focuses on the mechanical field of automobiles, where the student delves into both theoretical and practical aspects. At the end of the program, the student will receive a certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor, which opens up broad career opportunities in modern vehicle licensing garages that rely on technological computing in their operations, or in various car marketing companies.


Study hours: Evening, two days a week.

Total study hours: 264 instructional hours.


Recognized by the Ministry of Labor after passing the ministerial exams.


  • Completion of 10th grade recognized by the Ministry of Education or 9th grade with an accreditation certificate in Garage Management for car mechanics / light/heavy vehicles / or accreditation for motorcycle repair / ATVs (tractors).

  • Holder of an accreditation for managing a garage in the field of car mechanics / light/heavy vehicles, or a grade 3 certificate in light/heavy vehicle repair recognized by the Ministry of Economy / Labor, or an engineering/mechanical technician certificate (car specialization) or a grade 3 certificate in vehicle licensing systems / motorcycle and ATV mechanics accreditation.

  • A C1 driving license or a conditional driving license with a commitment to present a C1 driving license before the end of the course and a Grade 1 tractor license or a Grade A motorcycle examiner driving license.

  • 21 years or older and holder of Israeli citizenship.

  • Signing a commitment to good conduct and providing a certificate of good conduct from the police (certificate of no criminal record).
