Pilates Instructors

Pilates, named after its founder Joseph Pilates, is a unique technique that harmoniously combines physical exercises with the development of awareness, focus, control, and precision, which are considered the principles of Pilates. Emphasis on proper breathing, precision, and stability plays a key role during Pilates training, leading to improved movement quality and reduced psychological stress.

Strengthening the core, mobilizing the spine, increasing the range of motion for various joints, improving stability, and developing movement awareness—this and more are integral parts of this popular training, which caters to the needs of diverse groups of trainees, such as athletes, dancers, the elderly, pregnant women, women post-childbirth, and others.

The curriculum consists of a total of 183 hours + 28 hours of first aid, with 29 sessions, held once a week.
