Early Childhood Educator (Nursery Level 1)


The First-Grade Child Caregiver Training Course is designed to qualify individuals who wish to work in educational settings for children from birth to three years old.

The training program provides students with theoretical knowledge and scientific information in topics related to developmental psychology and early childhood education. In addition, it equips them with practical and applied skills and methods. The education focuses on professionally qualifying caregivers with high standards, human values, and a commitment to creating a solid foundation for the child's future development.

A caregiver's role is to provide the child with basic needs and develop and enrich their abilities in all developmental areas, while considering their emotional and social needs.


 One academic year, two days of morning classes, including both theoretical and practical education (in nurseries), totaling 676 hours.


College graduates who have passed the ministry exams receive a certificate of completion certified by the Ministry of Labor.


• The graduate caregiver can establish her own licensed home-based nursery approved by the municipality.

• The caregiver can work in both private and public nurseries affiliated with the municipality.
