Fitness and Health Trainers


The program is designed for individuals aged 17 and above who regularly train in sports clubs and are interested in specializing in training and coaching various groups.


First Aid: 28 hours.

Physical Fitness Theories: 30 hours.

Building Training Programs and Managing a Sports Club: 15 hours.

Complements in Personal Training: 15 hours.

Band Training: 8 hours in the college.

Exercises and Training Methods in Gyms: 75 hours.

Total: 351 hours.


Age: From 17 years old or any person who has completed the 11th grade (a school certificate is required). An accredited certificate is given to students who are 17 years old or older.

Experience in the field: One year. Each candidate must provide an official document signed by a sports club (not a personal trainer) that confirms at least one year of experience training in a sports club.

Educational level: Students over the age of 17 from high school are required to present an official document from the school confirming that they are full-time students.

Health certificate: A certificate confirming good health.

Passing the tests: Entrance exam and interview, according to the requirements of the sports branch and the school of trainers and instructors.


Fitness and Health Trainer Certificate (Gym) according to the Sports Law.

Upon successfully completing the course, a Fitness and Health Trainer Certificate is awarded based on the Sports Law, specifically for Fitness and Health Trainers (Gym) according to the Sports Law.

In addition, three certificates are provided at no additional cost:

  • Fitness and Health Instructor

  • Personal Training Instructor

  • Resistance Training Instructor


Providing students with knowledge and understanding of the sciences related to the human body—such as anatomy, physiology related to physical exertion, nutrition, and sports injuries—pertaining to physical training and exercise, as well as raising awareness about the impact of physical exercise on fitness and health for different segments of society (adults, children, and the elderly).

Teaching the fundamentals of training and fitness, both inside and outside the gym, with a focus on health and safety during the exercise period.

Equipping students with the necessary knowledge to apply accepted training methods during physical training, by becoming familiar with different types of fitness devices and equipment used during exercise in gyms and their suitability for various groups (women, men, children, or the elderly).

Preparing and qualifying a specialized workforce in the field of sports and health coaching (in gyms), and gym trainers who will be able to train individuals or groups to develop an effective and healthy lifestyle within the gym. All of this, while understanding the specific authority and limits of these two fields.
