Physical Training Instructors for Women During Pregnancy and Postpartum


Theoretical fields: Anatomy, physiology, physical activity in health and disease, human nutrition at rest and during exertion, sports injuries, fitness theory, training planning, kinesiology, and first aid.

Practical fields: Balance training, TRX suspension training, resistance training in the studio, circuit training and advanced training, HIIT and trending workouts, workshop for pregnant women and postnatal, movement exercises and recreational games for children in the studio, Pilates (enrichment course), mobility and flexibility workshop, classic aerobics and step, aerobics dance, Zumba fitness, and aerobics kickboxing.


Gym trainers, movement and dance instructors, physical education teachers, sports studio trainers, outdoor trainers, early childhood trainers, gymnastics trainers, Feldenkrais trainers, Paula method trainers, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, complementary medicine therapists, and others.


Full attendance, with an absence rate not exceeding 20%.
Attending and observing classes, and filling out an observation report.
Submitting a final assignment on a chosen topic and presenting it.


Anyone who successfully meets all the course requirements will receive a "Sports Coach for Pregnant Women and Postpartum Women" certificate from the School of Trainers and Instructors at the Khasemi College of Engineering and Sciences - Khasemi Academy.


Course Duration:
108 total hours at the college (equipment + studio).

  • Restoring the body to its natural state after childbirth

  • Collaborative studies and research among peers (peer learning)

  • Physical, emotional, and psychological aspects

  • Proper nutrition for pregnant women

  • Sports training for a healthy and safe delivery

  • Promoting long-term women's health

  • Personal accompaniment throughout and after this period

  • Tour of the maternity ward in a hospital

Practical Topics:

  • Fitball, TRX, gym workouts, small equipment, techniques supportive of childbirth, complementary medicine, stability, movement, dance (Latin, Oriental), and peer learning.
